Garagrains

Overview

At Garagrains, our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused
In the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Proof of Purchase available
Since we deal in food items (Whole Wheat Flour), opened or used packages may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns (If Applicable)

You can return your product only if:
You received a damaged package.
You received the wrong product.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
The packaging was broken or leaked during delivery.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Items not in original condition.
Items damaged due to customer handling.
Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed.
A credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company.
Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.
