Our Advanced 8-Step Process

We follow a rigorous cleaning and grinding process to guarantee the highest quality:

Step 1 & 2: Initial Cleaning (Drum Sieve & Disc Cutter)

We start by removing large debris and sizing the grains uniformly to ensure a consistent grind.

Step 3: Purification (Vibro Separator)

Using vibration technology, we separate fine dust and smaller impurities that normal cleaning might miss.

Step 4: Deep Washing (Wheat Washer)

Our wheat is thoroughly washed with clean water to remove mud, stones, and surface contaminants.

Step 5: Traditional Grinding

The clean, dried wheat is ground slowly to preserve essential fibers and vitamins in the final flour.

Step 6: Scourer Machine

A scourer machine cleans wheat grains by rubbing off dust, soil, insects, and outer impurities.

Step 7: Second Stage of vibro separator

The second stage of the vibro separator uses a finer screen to separate fine flour from bran and larger unground particles.

Step 8: Dust Suction Machine

A dust suction machine removes dust and light impurities from wheat and flour using air suction to improve hygiene and product quality.
