Our Griding Process

1st & 2nd Step

Drum sieve/ rotary sieve:

drum sieve (also called a rotary sieve) is a cylindrical, rotating screen used in the modern wheat grinding process. As the material moves through the rotating drum, fine flour passes through the mesh, while coarser particles, bran, and impurities are separated and discharged from the end.

Disc Cutter :

disc cutter is a cutting and size-reduction machine used in the wheat grinding process. It uses two rotating discs (one fixed, one moving) to cut and break grains or coarse particles into smaller, uniform pieces. The gap between the discs can be adjusted to control the fineness, helping achieve consistent texture, efficient grinding, and smooth downstream processing.

3rd Step

Vibro Separator :

vibro separator is a screening machine used in grain and flour processing to separate materials by size using vibration. As the sieve vibrates, fine particles pass through the mesh, while larger particles and impurities move out separately. It ensures clean, uniform flour, better quality control, and efficient separation before or after grinding.

4th step

Wheat Washer :

wheat washer is used to clean raw wheat by removing dust, mud, stones, and other impurities using water and gentle agitation. The washing process improves grain hygiene and helps produce cleaner, safer, and higher-quality flour by ensuring only properly cleaned wheat enters the grinding stage.

5th Step

wheat dryer :

wheat dryer is a critical machine used after the washing stage in the wheat milling process. Once wheat is cleaned and washed, it contains excess surface moisture. The wheat dryer is designed to reduce this moisture to an optimal level, making the grain suitable for grinding, storage, and further processing.

The drying process works by passing controlled warm air through the wheat as it moves continuously inside the dryer. This airflow gently removes excess water without damaging the grain structure.

6th Step

Scourer Machine :

scourer machine is used to clean the outer surface of wheat grains by rubbing them against each other and an abrasive surface. This process removes dust, soil, insects, and outer husk impurities, improving grain hygiene and ensuring cleaner, safer wheat before washing and milling.

7th Step

Second Stage of vibro separator :

The second stage of the vibro separator is used for fine and precise separation after the initial screening stage. In this stage, the partially cleaned material from the first stage is passed over a finer mesh screen under controlled vibration.

During the process, fine flour particles pass through the sieve, while slightly larger particles, bran, or unground material are separated and directed for reprocessing or further grinding.

8th step

Dust Suction Machine :

dust suction machine is used to remove dust, light impurities, and fine airborne particles from wheat and flour during processing. By creating controlled air suction, it captures dust at various stages, helping maintain clean machinery, better product quality, and a safer, hygienic working environment in the milling process.
